Terms and Conditions of Membership:

By signing the application form I agree that:

1. I can attend the meetings on a weekly basis;
2. I will provide quality services at the prices I have quoted;
3. I will be truthful with members and their referrals
4. I will build goodwill and trust among members
5. To live up to the ethical standards of my profession
6. Display a positive and supportive attitude

Membership Fees: R1500 per annum

Please note: On acceptance, your fees are non-refundable without exception

The Membership Co-ordinator will complete the screening of your application and will notify you on the status of your application within 7 days of receipt of your application and payment of the membership fee.
